Fantastic stay!
convenient location siam center quiet area amazing layout
i found the location very convenient. It was close to the siam center. I used the bts and other transportation. I also experienced quietness despite being near the busy area. The room amazed us because of its layout. It was really a superb stay.
the lighting in the rooms are too low. The tv was dated too. It needed to be a smart tv.

the hotel provides a pool. I saw fitness equipment available. The equipment includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Guests find available towels and water near the machines so can hydrate adequately after activities.

erratic temperature weird bathroom
The air conditioning system was old and gave me inconsistent temperatures. The bathroom layout seemed weird. The room interior also was not what I expected. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

This hotel is in an ideal location near great shopping centers. The concierge DAY is very nice and so helpful. I really enjoyed breakfast. They made to order pancakes, eggs, etc. Our room was totally fab, I was so happy.
The room wasn't cleaned on the second day. Only trash bags were taken out, I hate that. The bathroom and room weren't cleaned, and the bedsheets weren't changed. That is unsanitary and it is a big problem in my opinion.
